IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STALLHOLDERS

Please note the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Booking Policy: All stall applications must be submitted through our website www.bolandfestival.co.za. Once we receive your application, we will reply with confirmation upon receipt of payment depending on availibility. There will be no bookings of stalls in advance without payment.
2. Stall Application Requirements: To ensure a diverse and engaging experience for our attendees, please provide the following information:
   – Primary Product: Please specify the main product that will be on sale at your stall.
   – Detailed Product List: Provide a comprehensive list of all additional items that will be available for purchase at your stall.
3. Stall Type Limitation
   – To maintain a varied, fair and exciting market experience, we will limit the number of identical/similar stall types.
   – Only halal food will be permitted at the festival.  Strictly no alcohol permitted.
4. Stall Reservation and Payment Terms:
   To secure your stall:
   • 50% deposit is required immediately upon confirmation of your application.
   • Your allocated stall number will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
   • The balance is due by 12pm Monday, 1 September, 2025.
   Important: Failure to Pay Balance: If the balance is not paid by 12pm Monday, 1 September, 2025:
   • Your booking will be cancelled.
   • Your reserved stall will be made available to others.
   • No refunds.
5. Waiting List: A waiting list will be maintained. In the event of cancellations, those on the waiting list will be given priority to book the available stalls.

8. Please note that the current stall layout is tentative and subject to change nearer the time of the Festival due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions etc, We will notify you in advance of any amendments to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
